Securities Brokerage Services Disclosure

While HFS is not a registered as a broker-dealer and does not offer securities brokerage services, certain investment adviser representatives of HFS also service in a separate capacity as registered representatives of NRP Financial, Inc., which is a registered broker-dealer offering securities for commissions.  This could present a conflict of interest if a client chose to implement an investment advisory recommendation through his or her investment adviser representative in his or her separate capacity as a registered representative of NRP Financial, Inc.
