Investment Advisory Services Disclosure

HFS employees may act in a separate capacity as investment advisor representatives of NRP Advisors. In this separate capacity, these investment adviser representatives of NRP Advisors may provide investment advisory services to the referred clients through NRP Advisors.  As a result of this dual affiliation with HFS and NRP Advisors, these investment adviser representatives have a conflict of interest.  However, when referring each client to NRP Advisors, the best interest of such client will be the main determining factor of HFS and its associated persons.
